I received an sms on 31/05 asking for proof of insurance. I sent proof to the provided email and received an automated response acknowledging the receipt. On 07/06 i received another sms requesting proof of insurance. I again sent proof to the provided email. I received an automated response acknowledging the receipt. On 15/07 i received an sms saying that they will add total loss cover to my financed installment due to lack of proof of insurance cover. I phoned them, holding the line for 1 hour and 5 min. Someone finally answered, i explained my query, they asked for my details and dropped the call. Utter incompetence, absolutely no customer service. I have never experienced this treatment and difficulty in my life.
