Gomo \ Mobalyz : Terrible Terrrible Terrible

Dealing with Gomo\Mobalyz and Joyce Mas****la is a nightmare. She is very rude and unprofessional, She is handling my case, I guess. Firstly, I am still being charged for insurance cover even though I have my insurance. I have to submit proof of coverage every three months. I have submitted for the 4th time, yet I am still being charged for insurance coverage a year later. I have sent several requests, and you know what, their customer service department is non-existent, don't bother reaching out to them. You deserve a zero star, very frustrating, you need to be investigated.
