GOMO is a NOGO

I do Not Know how many people have had dealings with this company but I would suggest don't trust them. I missed an email in June requesting confirmation on insurance cover on my car. Without as much as a curtesy call to remind me GOMO decided to take a policy out on my car to cover them and just simply added the amount to my monthly repayment , which worked out in excess of R700.00 extra. When I contacted them on the 1 July , I was told that I just had to send through my confirmation of insurance and the Policy would be cancelled and I would get a refund. I sent through the confirmation and received an email stating that the policy has been cancelled, I received a cancellation letter, as well as been assured that I would be refunded the money. Fast forward to 19 of July GOMO have now decided the confirmation of cover is wrong and I should send one with the correct formation. but all the information they list is on the letter of confirmation, I even gave them my ID number so that they could open the document. apparently it is still wrong. Outsurance is at a loss as they have now sent me 3 confirmations' of cover and cannot understand how they can be wrong as this is their standard document. I can never get through on their lines, I have waited over 15 minuets listing to music with no luck of actually talking to someone who can help me. So please be advised GOMO has not customer care what so ever.
