Bad finance

My vehicle has been paid of on the 11 March 2025 in full. But GOMO still deduct an installment on 01 April 25. After numeris calls all they said it has been escalayted. Nfundu Khumalo and Manisa Radebe is the 2 members on call for GOMO. Every time i ask for a manager they told me manager not available. He/She will cal back but nothing. How is it possible?
