Hi there I would like to bring to your attention the shoddy workmanship on your lounge suites. I had exchanges at least three times now from the store purchased from which is Russells Dreadful workmanship on the items. Why do you place Quality and guarantee tags in your items when it is not even produced within high customer standards. Please contact me as I am very disturbed by the lack of customer service and quality Lounge suites gave plank sticking through fabric and creadrd all over.
