DAMAGED GOODS NOT RETERNED AFTER 2 MONTHS

I bought a Gomma Gomma lounge suite. After 8 months the material started to tear. The retailers Russells came to pick it up. They said the supplier will replace it, after they gave us a lot off stories that they would not - at the start.<br> The retailers (Joshua Doore) came to pick it up two and a half months ago. Now the supplier says they don't know when they will deliver my lounge suit. I must just wait till the truck from Johannesburg is fully loaded before it will come down to Uitehnage. How long must still wait?

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

Please note that we will be passing credit on the suite and the store can exchange the product for you.

I will issue an ATP GG14189 and will fax it to the store and their Service Center today, they can exchange it the moment they receive the ATP. Our Call Center will contact them so that they can attend to the it.
