****py quality

Hi there I want to make known the ****py quality of Gomma Gomma lounge suites. They used to be renowned for quality but purchase a Jessika mark 2 set from Russell's and the set came with faults on the 3 seated and 2 seated. Contacted Russell's and they came with 2 new sets but all faulty with bad creases and bad stitching. This is bulldust,,, what do your quality team do to check the quality of goods. Was going to buy another set for my parents as well but am mortified by the deal quality. Why can you not contact Russell's and send them a crease and fault free set? Highly disappointed with your service.
