Worst service, we purchased a laptop from the company previously, it was bought over by gomaxx for insurance purposes we required proof of purchase we have been to the shop five times left our number because only the manager can assist but the manager never calls… I contacted head office spoke to Rifqah who seemed interested to assist and took my contact details to return my call… yet again no contact. Very disappointing and we certainly will not be making any purchases form them! I would prefer to be told no, don’t say you will get the manager to contact me but no one calls

GOMAXX TYGERVALLEY PHATETIC SERVICE
Good Day, i am writing this with huge frustration with the service i received from GOMAXX in tygervalley was absolutely phatetic i sold my iphone 14 pro to them they told me payment will reflect within 3 days its day number 5 i am still waiting on my payment. i was said i was going to be called back but i had to call them to follow up i even asked to speak to a manager as i was hoping he can assist or speed up the process but he was not helpful at all telling me i must email head office and they have procedures and i am not there only customer and that other people is also waiting. i am also in retail and sales and thats not how you treat clients if i assist a client or sell a client something and the client is unhappy it automaticaaly beocomes my problen i need to go the extra mile not tell the customer to call vodacom head office if i cant resolved it my manger needs to escalate he cant tell the customer to phone head office this is totally unacceptable and i wont advice " ANYONE " to do business with GOMAXX TYGERVALLEY SERVICE IS PATHETIC SALES STAFF AND MANAGEMENT
