Good day. I physically took the actual sample to your Worcester store ( flasher unit for a i10 Hyundai ) The salesman the sold me a unit that he claimed is universal .NO MENTION THAT IS IT DOES NOT WORK I MAY NOT RETURN IT ) The machinic fitted the relay and did not work . I took it back to the same salesperson and was told that they do not return electronic parts . I then left the item with him without a refund .

This type of business i find ********* and WILL NOT SET FOOT IN THAT STORE EVER . NB : If the saleman was uncertain of the unit he should have advised that it is not the same as the unit i presented to him . that i find *********** .of the salesman .
