bad attitude and service

<p>On Saturday the 23/07/2016, I went to buy a simple switch for my car. I understand it's Saturday and everybody is busy but to stand in a que for 45 min to be serviced was terrible. I litterlay watched the fisrt half of the Sharks game. During this long wait, the 1 gentleman at the back, who needs to collect parts and bring it to the front (quite a biggish old guy) starts shouting at one of the workers because he is not checking his parts. Why should he do it, the collecter should ensure that all parts are there. The poor boy felt like **** because of this old man yelling at him infront of that whole shop. There is another gentleman by the name Stephen. He is assisting a client and just before the client walks out of the store, he checks his parts and probaly realizes that it is wrong, and returns to Stephen to advise him. The way that client was spoken to was a huge disgrace. All your frontline workers walks around with phones which is constantly ringing and therefor cant attend to your walk in clients or they do but the service is up to ****. The shop is extremly busy then 2 guys dissapear to do what they want to. The one went to smoke and the other you did not see. Hell, guys, get more people to work on Saturdays or answer the phones to get your clients serviced. Educate your frontline consultants to speak and treat your client with respect and get someone to assist with telephone queries on a Saturday. Ill rather drive anothe 10km and go to Golfwagen in Krugersdorp to get proper service</p>
