Golf resorts Club SA - How NOT to make you smile!

Paid the earth, upfront, on the promise that they would ADD new, luxury golf resorts EVERY year - we are still waiting! Annual Levy is in excess of R10k - 50% is taken for "Admin Fees" and "revamping of units" - the rest you have to use to book the same old resort! They answer the phone with "How can I make you smile today" - what a joke - you have to book a year in advance or pay for a Bonus Break?!!! There are NO insurance options available for cancellations - and the last straw was having US$ ****** out of our suitcase from the cleaning lady at Atlantic Beach Golf resort - she is still working there despite laying a charge and calling the police! And yes, I did send a detailed report to Golf Resorts management and followed up numerous times - Guess what - no response! Beware of investing here is all I can say!
