Golf resorts club

We bought a golfers resorts club membership in around 2006 for R 120 000.00 witch should have included a life time membership with a small yearly subscription of R 2000.00. This year we paid subscription of R8500.00 for a 10 day vacation to Cape town and then we still got a outstanding subscription amount invioce of R3095.00. What is the use of paying R120 000.00 for membership and more than R10 000.00 per year for a 10 day vacation where you are limited to certain resorts and availability where for the same money we could have booked at any other place with ample availability. I contacted the golf resorts club and asked them to pay back our membership money where after a certain Vivian said that it is impossible and that we will be liable to pay the subscriptions every year even if we do not make use of the facility or we will be handed over to collectors.What we were promised and what we got is two different pictures and it seem that we will never be able to get rid of this package
