Bad service and billing, lies and shocking

Bought Bush cart from GOLF-BUSH-CAR-SA ( Warmbaths) and had problems straight away. Under guarantee asked for repair. Was done, but started again to only get worse. Took it for repair and service out of guarantee. R12000 later, and this is what I get back. No checking of oil, diff or cables. Foot brake cable snapped 1day after service. Travelled in total 1200km from BOTSWANA for service,taking and fetching and searching for a similar cable. Took 2 men, both in their 70's 3 days to make a temp repair. They told us so much nonsence. Ie. the armature burned because one battery was dead. They replaced battery, and on the way back with cart, stopped and had \dead"battery tested in Ellisras. Tested to be in good condition. Tried talking to owner"
