Total Breakdown

I emailed photos and a written letter to the people responsible for the service and repair failure. Today I got a call from someone in the company that I've never heard of before. Not only was the service and repair an utter sham, but now the vehicle broke down completely. Had the armature tested, which they claimed was burned due to a (tested and fully working) battery they claimed was dead, although it's an electric cart, but the only fault the engineers at the rewinding shop could pick up was that the armature was hit with a hammer, thus damaging the shaft, but that it wiring was in good working condition. Yet a battery was replaced, a second hand armature put in the cart, after claiming they did not have the right one in stock. A broken brake cable, rusted and not serviced, lies on quote in regards to reason for repair and an enormous bill had to be paid upfront on a quote, not an invoice, before collection. Hope to get this vehicle fixed or refunded.
