Poor after sales support

Goldpro installed the laminated wood flooring in the house I bought last year. within a week of moving in, the wooden slats began slipping and the strips between rooms began lifting. Raised this with Graeme who eventually came round and agreed he would sort it out. A number of phone calls later and promises to find the time as he was busy and eventually, 6 months after the first call we have now fallen on complete silence. Obviously the constant slipping of the planks began to damage them, I've now repaired a best I could with wood glue however will not recommend Golpro to anyone...
