Unhappy customer

I bought the U-shape couches & the following day I realised that 2 of the couches were making wierd sounds(as if they were broken) I reported the matter immediately and I was told that the couches will be exchanged. A month after purchasing the couches, I'm being told that the couches will only be repaired and I'm still waiting for the delivery truck to collect them. I will never buy from these people.
