MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN

I recently bought a lounge suite at Goldman furnishers in Florida anepa leather suite. The framework of the couch is ********** and the leg keeps coming off. The color have started fading. When i went to See Faizel the manager he told me i am not covered for colour. How on earth cant u be covered for color on a leather suite. Surely this is a manufacturers fault. The couch is just over six months old. He told me to resell it on OLX as he cannot change it or trade it in for a new set. How pathetic is this . R10000 is like nothing to him . What a waste of energy effort and a dampened spirit with the after sales service . i am disgusted. I even opted to take a cheaper set of R7500. he refused point blank. This is really bad client after sales service. So please if u buy from there you will be stuck in future if you have a problem.
