Disappointing service

I ordered the lounge set below from Goldman Furnishers last week

When it was delivered I noticed that the fabric was different from the sample which i saw at the store

The displayed lounge set, which tan in colour, had a matte finish and the material was thick and not "suede like" the lounge delivered to me. My set does not look attractive at all.

This was very disappointing service, being a first time customer

I called the store and spoke to the salesman that assisted me. He then spoke to the supplier and confirmed that the material was incorrect

The customer service was very unproffesional. The salesperson went on telling me that its not his fault.

My question is "wasnt the supplier and the salesperson supposed to communicate prior to manuafcturing and inform the customer if there is a change in the customers orginal purchase?"

The salesperson also said that the fabric the supplier used to make my lounge set is a good fabric and they sell alot like that... I DO NOT CARE... THATS NOT WHAT I ORDERED

The salesperson then said that he will come collect my lounge set and pay back my money

He was rude and unproffesional. It seemed like GOLDMAN Furnisher does not value their customers!
