Bone found in sugar

We purchased a 10kg bag of golden pride sugar for R120. Half way down the bag we found a bone(meat of some kind) It was horrific to think this unhygienic particle was inside if the sugar we already consumed...Contacted Goldkey and they very fast collected the bag of sugar which I paid 120 for half used so worth R60 and the bone replaced the sugar with another bag of sugar and 5kg rice as if we want anymore of there products anyway collected very next day and gave us a story about how it can't happen YET IT HAPPEN...we was told we will be getting an update but emails are not answered nor any feed back....The service is pathetic and customer satisfaction isnt on their list.....I have picture of it and I will let everyone know

We apologise for your experience with our product. The product was sent for investigation and findings show that the foreign matter was not packed at our facility due to the filtering process we have, where sieves reject any foreign matter within a closed system, preventing foreign matter settling.
