Amazing Service

First of all let me say that this is the first time that i have used Goldings Orthopaedics and that i plan on using them from now on over other stores that sell simi**** medical equipment such as walking aids,etc

This Monday morning i went to Goldings in Krugersdorp as that was where the hospital had told me to go to find both a walking aid for my mom of 89 years and Stockings for my sister.

Upon Arriving i was met with a big smile from the receptionist J-J who helped me with the price range for both the stockings and walking aid, He explained exactly how they would get authorization and payments from medical aid, I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them very competently,he even went the extra mile of calling the head office when he was uncertain of anything

After an entire day of people having a no-care type of attitude towards me and even bringing down my own mood i was so happy that someone seemed to actually care and want to help me to the point of going out of their way to do so.

My family has had a problem with finding medical supplies for whatever illness or reason in the past but they seem to have everything I can't speak for the other branches but between all the supplies and great service i will most certainly be recommending Goldings to my Family in the Future
