12 months later and still no tax return submitted

Also trading as Bizzbooks, i engaged with Suzette over 12 months ago to complete my tax return and here we are 12 months on and no joy. Numerous excuses, saying there were errors etc etc. lack of communication, empty promises. Having now access to my profile with SARS i see that nothing was done, not even havng them as authorised company to complete my return. my new consultant tried to contact Suzette but all of a sudden she could not hear etc etc. My advice is get a reference from someone you know.
