Evotel/Goldfields Fibre - what a mess

Goldfields Fibre is the worst. It is ******** that these dishonest companies are allowed to operate. There licences should be revoked. They are basically *****ing from consumers. The regulators should seriously look into this. I live in an complex where I have no other choice of an internet service provider but Goldfields. I pay R699 per month for a 25/25mbps line but have never even got close to that speed. I am currently on speed of less then 3mbps. I have queries with their call centre but they have little to none respect for their customers as I have for the last six months had no response to any of my queries.
