Goldfields game ranch stole my money

Actually no stars would be good. They refuse to pay my money back after saying that they would. We booked accomodation. Paid a deposit, which they were very eager to accept, and when I was involved in very bad accident I asked if we could please have our money back. Marlize said she would give my money back as she had already found someone to stay in the accomodation in our place. Now it took me ALL of December asking and begging her for the money. She either ignored me or came up with a very lame excuse EVERY SINGLE TIME. Today I spoke to SYDNEY, he also had an attitude as if I was the wrong one. What a dissapointment. ZERO INTEGRITY is definitely the order of the day at Goldfields Game Lodge.
