Bad service

The security and centre staff was very rude and short with visitors from the UK and Durban KZN. Stopped from parking as we were told that this was ONLY for staff but there was NO signboard or anything. Also stopped from using the entrance and exit as we were pushing a trolley... and again, no signs at all. The people was VERY rude and unprofessional.... what type of message does this send to visitors?
