Poor service

When we walked in there were 4 or more servers at the door and non welvomed us till we greeted, when our food got here the buns for the burger was old and hard. I then ordered a refill which i waited for 8 minutes until i asked the manager to get for me. The service was poor and im not sure whether its the overall being of the Branch or just today but as someone who came here for the first time im disappointed
