Poor Customer Service & Unprofessionalism

On the 18th September 2015 I went to buy Xerorapid Tablet for the amount of R177.14 @ Goldenmed Pharmacy in Westonaria. To my surprise when I got home there were only 5 tablets in the box instead of 20 as stipulated on both the box & the script. I went back to the pharmacy to inform them, I spoke to the Pharmacist, the lady by the name of Elize Fouche . She told me that their stock balances & there's no way that the mistake is on their side. I requested her to double check but she didn't. Instead she was very unprofessional & not helpful at all, she never showed any interest in assisting. Instead she was very rude. Her colleague also commented & asked me what do I really expect them to do because they've already told me the problem is not on their side because they do stock take everyday. I requested them to give the full medication or my money back & they refused. I was disrespected & treated like a fool.
