Bad Service and Rude Optometrist.

So my Husband needed reading glasses. Went to Dr H Bester at Golden Vision Welkom. When my husband received his glasses he could see through them. When returning to them and trying to explain what the problem is, the optometrist was extremely rude and did not even give my husband a change to tell him what the problem was, instead he talked right over him and said that it was not their problem and refused to change the glasses. Well my husband left the glasses there and walked out. Instructed my Medical Aid to cancel claim and take them off the approved suppliers list. Will never in my life recommend them or ever go back there.
