Security on the property is too lags and unresponsive property manager

We booked as a group of 10 women with 3 cars at this places between 8th - 10th Dec 2023, on the first night two cars were jammed with valuables and some cash taken from one car. This we reported to the nearest SAPS and could not reach the property manager to alert them. The property manager only contacted us the following morning promising to review the security footage and advised it would be forwarded to SAPS, however it was forwarded to the contact person who turns out to be a retired officer. We eventually got the footage forwarded to the relevant officers and upon review of the said footage which showed someone gained access even though the property was locked. On the second night all 3 cars were jammed and wouldn't lock or start, so we called SAPS and the armed response for advise the property manager was again unresponsive to calls. We ended up sleeping at an alternative accommodation arranged by SAPS because it felt unsafe to spend another night of anxiety on this property. Access to this place needs to be seriously looked at, peoples safety should be prioritised with prompt responses from the manager.

It is unfortunate as the property is beautiful but the security is a serious concern. So we could not enjoy our stay
