My car was supposed to be in the Panel beaters for 5 days. I took my car to them at 8:00 am Tuesday 06-06-2023 as per my appointment made by the Panel Beaters. According to the Net Assess advisor it would take 5 days Max. When I phoned on Friday the 09-06-2023 to ask if my car was maybe ready. Just to be advised I can only get my car Wednesday 14-06-2023. Their repairing of a bonnet with scratches, takes 8 days!! The Car Hire, I was not advised by the Insurance Sales Consultant that I was supposed to pay R2500.00 refundable deposit upfront. So, there for I had to take 5 days unpaid leave. Does the owner and staff of the Panel beaters care?? I will never advise my family or friends to use Golden Star Auto Body
