Hollard Insurance is to be blamed just as much

<p>I just hate how Insurances choose a panel beater for you and then never follow up or even push for better customer service. My car has been in to fix a bumper for 3 weeks now and I am the one that has to call for updates all the time.. 1st they told me they couldnt pre-order, the first week passed cause they were waiting on parts and now I have to run after them and it's so annoying and unprofessional. So, in this cold weather I am back to taxis and walking.. nxa</p>
