Pool and surrounding Refurbishment Failure

My dealings with this company were extremely unsatisfying. They should not get a star. The owner Bruce and his team could not produce what the contract stipulated. Everyday there were 100’s of stories and excuses as to why things were not running smooth. After paying 50%, the team on average came once a week for about an hour. In week 10 I chased them away, the pump is now leaking in numerous places and work is far far from been complete. Bruce also never comes to check up on the project. Do your research before giving a company your project because there may be a name change too. After 2,5 months it looks like a bomb went off in my yard.
