INAPPROPRIATE STAR GRADING

I cannot believe this is classified as four star accommodation- one bathroom towel for two people, cables hanging in the room, only one bedside table, no desk, no phone, one narrow cupboard with no door, very old TV with no remote, no remote for aircon so couldn't adjust temperature, peeling paint and unpainted roof repairs, double bed instead of queen, aged linen and pillows so high they are unusable, instant ricoffee for breakfast, disgusting bacon....
