Unsatisfied Client

I am writing to express my frustration with the service I received. I recently placed an order, and not only did I receive the wrong items, but the reflector I received was also in an unacceptably dirty condition, with visible cigarette marks on it, despite the fact that I do not smoke.

When I called your customer service for assistance, I spoke to a lady who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of offering a solution, she told me to go to Pep, and when I asked about who would cover the cost of the incorrect order, she hung up on me.

This experience is entirely unfair and disappointing. I expect a full resolution, including coverage of any additional costs incurred due to the mistake on their end.
