Rude staff!!

I am a regular customer of the Chilli Lane branch. I phoned to place an order a few minutes ago and the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude, not the first time but will definitely be the last. You need to get your staff trained on customer service!!! I will not be ordering from your store again!!!
