On Friday, my husband ordered Beef Chow Mein. When he took a bite, he told me something was wrong. After checking we found prawns at the bottom of his dish. My husband is SEVERELY allergic to shellfish and starting showing symptoms. He took the food back and all they said were "O, sorry".

How can shellfish and meat be prepared in the.same area? This is against regulations,specifically for this reason.
