Proof of refund from Decemer 2016 but still no fun

I made a deposit and immediatly ask for a refund when i saw it was in GB pounds.(250gbp) Thry made the refund and gave me a proof. Since then i am chatting online and phone both my bank and the casino . According to them they are looking into it and the money must be between my bank and them......hanging in the air...and the prossesing department is busy looking for it. It is now almost 3 months. The phone number of the casino is +***80 and email [Email Removed] I have emails of all my chats with the casino. At this stage i am so desperate to get my money back. Fot them it is small change but for me over R5000 rand.
