7 Month wait for delivery of product

I placed an order to import 200kg of alomnd flour from Cameroon. I initially paid all the fees involved and since December 2014, all I received was numerous stories, excuses and requests to pay more for some or other additional added to my order. The initial amounts included delivery to my address in South Africa. Apparantly my stock was delivered to SA in Cape Town and kept in storage untill I pay another additional fee for delivery to my house and some or other amount paid by the South African imports contact. I have not yet received my order and they no longer answer my emails. I have paid a total of R30 000+ for and initial order of R6600.
