Very unhappy with lack of service at Manyane

We were booked at unit 49 - Which would have been great but the main en-suite toilet was broken and could not be used. The whole thing was loose and sewerage water poured out all over the floor!!!! We reported it to reception to have it fixed and all they said was that they could move us to unit 42. We went to have a look at it but saw this unit had exactly the same problem (The main en-suite toilet was completely loose). We were very unhappy about this as we were a party of 6 and had to resort to using 1 toilet!!!!! We also noticed various cupboard door hinges were off so the cupboards were standing at an angle and not opening or closing properly.<br> The children's playground and pool area by the main gate had beer bottles and cans lying all over the place. This is not only unsightly but dangerous. The putt-putt course was dilapidated and dangerous. The wooden bridges were falling apart exposing rusty nails and the various putting green are badly damaged - basically unusable. The gates are left open and the animals are left to run wild inside (Impala, warthogs etc). I find this unacceptable and to date, 2 month later have not heard a response from them.
