Steeling my money

I hereby want to inform you that I am hugely disappointed in the way you have been making decisions on my behalf without once asking my permission nor informing me. I visited Pilansberg last week and was very disgusted in the condition of the park as a whole, the roads are so bad that one cannot dare to look around for any animals, even going at 15km/h the risk of damage to your vehicle is very high. I had friends with me and after suffering through the thousands of potholes on the so called "tar roads" I came to the Bakgatla gate and asked if the shop at the camp is open, I actually just wanted to show the friends the unit which I own, I was told with a huge shock that "BAKGATLA Camp" is closed, being used as a quarantine vicility since last year. Not only did that answer made a fool of me it somehow showed my lack of knowledge regarding my investment. I now want to know why I was not informed nor asked to use my property and then how you can demand that I pay my LEVIES if I will not be able to make use of my week.
