Bad Service

We made a booking for weekend in March 2023 at Bagatla Resort, the staff were striking and we could not go the weekend . Requested a refund as we cannot go during the rest of the year. Was told that they will refund and deduct cancellation fee. Did not agree to this as it was a default on Golden Leopard side for letting their staff strike. Various email request was made for refund , contacted Golden Leopard telephonically, tried contacting the finance department on *** and *** numbers given by reservations department *** as they cannot transfer calls. Got contact number for a general manager *** today, tried phoning - number not available.
