Bad condition of Campsite and Ablutions

I made a reservation for our family to go camping at Bakgatla over the Easter weekend. We have been there on many occassions and cant believe the deterioration of the resort.The staff were very friendly so we had no complaints there.We camped on the non-electrified sites. We booked 3 sites which we managed to get together even though none of the sites are demarkated.The dustbin we had on our site did not even have a ****** proof lid on or as a matter of fact no lid at all.We were continually plagued by ******s deliving into the bin for food. I understand it is common to get ******s there but this attracted them more. One of our tents was literally torn open and damaged by them.There is no grass at all, the ground is full of large stones and dust. In the abulutions, the toilets were not flushing propertly, only hot then cold water in the showers and then no water at all.We had to drive up to the pool ablutions to use them. In the morning they were dirty with no toilet paper. We repeatedly had to call the front office to report the problem. This is not acceptable at all and was very difficult with small children. On the sites we occupied there was no tap in sight. Camp very noisy.
