BAD SERVICE

My friends and I had booked at Golden Latern for a weekend away. The owner was not aware as to weather we are coming... after speaking to her for the whole week. Payments were done and I had expected 7 rooms but as a result . I only received 6 rooms instead of 7. The lady didn't refund us for the one room for Friday night, she promised me a bottle of champagne and I gave her the benefit of a doubt. Secondly the fridge wasn't working and the stove chocked me. The following day we couldn't get hold of the owner till later that evening, and when I confronted her about it she was so rude (as she was drunk). Till this day I am still awaiting my champagne. I was not impressed with the service that was rendered.
