We rented a flat from him, 1st we were not Informed that there is no electricity connection Whereas we were made to pay R700 for connection, we stayed a week with no electricity. Secondly we were not informed that the geyser is not connected after we made several attempts to get the geyser fixed he made numerous threats to terminate our lease, now it's been 4 months since we moved in still the geyser is not working. Today we received a letter from him that we need to vacate the flat. What the agent did we feel that it was childish, selfish and ***********. How can one terminate lease without apparent reason and how can you leave your bank account open when you know that someone has your pin number?
