Golden Homes Shameful!

I am a first time buyer so obviously some mistakes to be expected my side, but the estate agent at Golden Homes what excuse do you have? I have moved into my sectional title and not received any COC's, the offer to purchase contract set up by the agents included fixing damages before transfer was to take place. The property was transferred in my name on 14 November, I moved in on the 01 December and still no COC's and damages still not fixed! No indication when this will be done keep getting told by the agent 'will let you know' Poor agent is in a tizz as after all when I contact her I get told she is just the middleman?!? Get hold of their transfer attorneys requesting the compliance certificates, they still have to request them. Eventually the electrician comes out this morning and there are wall sockets that need replacing and asks when did I discover when the plugs were not working? Uh when I moved in, why I ask did you do the COC, yes he says. I rest my case!!!! 20 December 2018 and still waiting.....wonder if I should call the 'middle man'?
