Golden homes is the worst

<p>Bought a unit through Golden homes. Signed docs in Jan already. I sourced my own bond, they just gave my detail on mail to the various banks. By April they told me i can move in, on the way with my furniture, i was phoned and told that the current owners do no want to evacuate. Had to move everything up for 2 weeks. Eventually i moved in.... in this whole process, i only spoke to the agent twice, literally. I still have not received the remotes to the complex, a month later.... there is no reciprocal obligation from Golden homes in Primrose. And their commision was almost R50, dont know for what??</p>
