Dishonest Agent

The worst experience ever. I'm in the process of securing a property via Golden Homes, and I honestly don't have a problem with this company. However, the agent I'm dealing with by the name of Tebogo Mashabela is highly unprofessional and dishonest.

I have requested a copy of the offer to purchase after I signed it. And she has been making excuses since May. 2 months later I still don't have my offer to purchase document. She lacks integrity because she keeps saying she'll send it.
