Bad service from Golden Homes

I bought a house from Golden Homes in Johannesburg South from Salesman name Innocent Ndlovu, we pointed view things in the house which were damaged, Sliding door, the shower door, walls with holes and the kitchen sink cabinet which was falling apart. He promised us that everything will be sorted out before we move in but nothing was sorted out till today. I tried to talk to Golden Homes Director, Yvonne Van Wyk but didn't want to give me a chance to explain my concerns.

Innocent came with the offer to purchase, before we signed we asked him if he had spoken to the seller about the things that we saw in the house and said he has spoken to the seller and that everything will be sorted before we move in.

Two weeks before the house was registered the seller let us occupied the house and the seller gave us 1 set of keys and 2 broken garage door remotes, he assured us that he'll bring people to paint and repair what needed to be repaired. Some stuff were done like painting and sliding door was repaired but the kitchen and the shower door it still not sorted. We had to buy 2 remotes and pay someone to program them.

It been over a month and we still haven't received another set of keys for the front door, the PROPER HAND Over hasn't been done. I tried to involve the attorneys and I was told that the things I'm raising are not on the offer to purchase so I will have to sort them out myself.

This are the issues I'm having with Golden Homes;

1. Golden Homes sales agent misleaded us by not stating our concerns on the offer to purchase, I need those issues to be sorted. 2. Proper Hand Over was not done, we still don't have keys for the front door. No photos where taken with the hand over of keys, no flowers or key holders (so in other words our business was not appreciated by Golden Homes) 3. Innocent Ndlovu he's not picking up my calls and when my fiancé calls him he says we must contact the attorneys regarding the issues in the house while he's the cause of this, I want Golden Homes to take internal disciplinary steps towards Mr Ndlovu for being unprofessional to his clients and also by not execute what expected of him, if all this were stated on the offer to purchase this would have been avoided.
