Poor services

Been receiving bad service from their shop in Mbalati.. On several occasion when i ordered food on the telephone, either i get a wrong order or food taste bad( off). The person taking our orders is always in a hurry.. Gave them a review on their facebook, they blue ticked my text in messenger.
