GG Instant Lawns - don't trust these guys

Through their website www.gginstantlawns.co.za, which looks quite decent, I contacted the owner (Mighty Jack) and asked them for a quote to come and prep a piece of garden (take out old grass and place new soil) and lay Evergreen lawn instead. They requested a 50% deposit, which is quite standard, and therefore paid. The next day they arrived 5 hours late without any notification, but without any soil and too little grass. They said it was never agreed, which I had in writing on WhatsApp, but they just played stupid. The remaining grass was never delivered even after paying the remainder and extra for additional grass. Zero communication and just trying to get your money without doing what was promised. Stay away from these guys.
