Substandard , argumentative, waste of time

This inept service was employed to complete a simple fire reel installation . Not only was the service and installation sub standard , but the argumentative emails to follow , coupled with the owner Daniella refusing to front up on site to actually see what a mass of a job it was . A half-****d attempt was made to fix it , and some baffling solutions to attatch a simple pipe . Skew install and a compromise to my entire fire fighting equipment to my building . We have now had to re-employ someone to re-install and correct the mess . I’d be cautious with this inept firm.
